Directions

From Kongsberg follow the road 40 in Numedal until you come to Veggli center (about 60 minutes drive). Follow signs to Vegglifjell Centre, after approx. 8.3 km. it is signposted turnoff on the right to Persbu. Follow Persbuveien north. After running over a small bridge continues Mon left 700-800 meters until signposted turnoff to the right of Persbuhaugen cabin site .- See attached map

Roads

There are private roads until Persbuhaugen. Today, the road tax is NOK 60 per trip on the Vegglifjell - road. Electronic toll plaza is assembled. Seasonpasses can be purchased at the refuelling station Hydro Texaco in Veggli Centre.

 

Roe, Persbu and Høybuli - area has established its own membership that the cabin owner commits to being a member of.

 

Annual meetings sets its own payment and maintenance / snow scheme for the roads. It's currently NOK 1700 per year.

Standard plots

Plot size varies from approximately 900 sqm to 1500 sqm approx. - See attached statement of some areas, rates, vacant land etc.

Finally, plot size, will appear in the certificate of carve-out.

Power

Buyers pay for performance of power from the distribution cabinet to his cottage buildings. There is no connection fee to pay. Current Subscription characterized by Picture gallery.

water and wastewater

Vann fra borbrønner.

Internnettet for vann og avløp er framført til kum nær tomtegrense. Hytteeier er selv ansvarlig for videre fremføring til sin hytte.

Operation of technical systems

Rollag municipality, together with the established landowners Vegglifjell vann og avløp A / S. Cottage owners undertake to pay the annual fee for operation and maintenance of these facilities. Currently ONK 5000, - + VAT per year.

Annual service charge

Land Buyer must pay annually to Veggli Friluftslag B / A

Infrastructure contributions to joint initiatives.    

The fee is set to NOK 1000, - with indexation.

5% of land price includes the Veggli Friluftslag B / A. for investments in tourism-related infrastructure, such as repairing paths and trails.


All fees are subject to annual adjustment

Buildings

The plots located in the regulated area to lodge applications. Free developer choice of cottage type. New zoning and planning regulations for a larger area is approved.

Construction period

The sites must be built on within 1 year after acceptance of bids for the sake of common infrastructure costs.

Municipal taxes

Ingen kommunale avgifter ( hytterenovasjon ) for ubebygde tomter.

For 2008 er hytterenovasjonsavgiften kr. 812, som betales året etter at byggetillatelse er gitt. Søppelboder er utsatt ved Vegglifjellveien.

Miscellaneous

From the cabin area is approx. 10 min. driving down to Veggli center with shops, bank, post office, building warehouses, taverns w / rail tricycle rental, gas station etc.

Takeover By agreement.
Licensing board

Konsesjonsfriheten godtgjøres ved at erverver fyller ut skjemaet Egenerklæring om konsesjons-frihet ved erverv av fast eiendom mv. som sendes kommunen for behandling. Byggefrist 5 år.

Views

It would be as good sign that it is possible to see the sites on your own, or by appointment at the serving if desired.

From the seller's side the lots are sold in the condition they are at the inspection. Seller has not conducted geological investigations beyond the requirement to plan and do not know anything more about the nature of the ground than anyone can observe on a regular inspection.

The plots are therefore sold as is.

Initial bids must be in writing

The sale price paid plus carve-out and the costs of registration of land.

The sellers have not signed it during ownership insurance sales
